Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

SHIPPING RATES 

We offer free shipping within Australia for all purchases of $100 AUD and above. All other orders within Australia incur a flat $10 shipping fee.

We are unable to ship outside of Australia at this time.

TRACKING

Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.  Please use this number to check the transit of your parcel and note if it was unable to be delivered and taken to a local Post Office.  

If a parcel is returned to us because it has not been picked up from the Post Office, it will become the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for it to be re-shipped.  We will contact you when we receive the returned parcel to make further arrangements.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. We will notify you via email if there is an unexpected delay.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and we recommend allowing 2-8 business days to receive your order after dispatch. Unfortunately, Express Shipping is not an available option to us when shipping fragrances. During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-14 business days to avoid disappointment. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed an order, feel free to contact us

RETURNS

Due to the consumable and personal nature of our products, all Hart + Hedi creations purchased are a final sale. Please contact us immediately if there is a fault in the product so we can arrange for an exchange or refund.
